Bet Calculator
Enter your odds (fractional like 5/2, decimal like 3.5, or “evs”), the result of each selection and your stake per line. The calculator works out how many bets you are placing, the total stake, the total return and profit — for singles, accumulators, each-way bets and all full-cover bets from a Trixie to a Goliath.
Standard settlement only — no Rule 4 deductions, dead heats or bookmaker bonuses. Always check your bet slip; the bookmaker’s settlement is final.

An each-way version of any of these bets doubles the number of bets — and the total stake.
How returns are calculated
Single: return = stake × decimal odds. £10 at 5/2 (3.5) returns £35, including your £10 stake.
Accumulator: multiply the decimal odds of every leg, then multiply by the stake. Every leg must win (void legs count as 1.0).
Each way: the win part is calculated as above; the place part uses place odds = 1 + (decimal odds − 1) × place fraction. A 10/1 selection at 1/4 odds has place odds of 3.5.
Odds formats
| Fractional | Decimal | Implied probability |
|---|---|---|
| 1/2 | 1.50 | 66.7% |
| Evens | 2.00 | 50.0% |
| 6/4 | 2.50 | 40.0% |
| 2/1 | 3.00 | 33.3% |
| 5/2 | 3.50 | 28.6% |
| 4/1 | 5.00 | 20.0% |
| 10/1 | 11.00 | 9.1% |
Implied probability = 1 ÷ decimal odds. Bookmakers’ prices include a margin, so the implied probabilities across a market add up to more than 100%.

Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate an each way bet?
An each way bet is two bets of equal stake: one on the selection to win and one on it to place. The place part is paid at a fraction of the win odds (for example 1/4 or 1/5). If the selection wins, both parts pay; if it only places, only the place part pays.
What happens to an accumulator if one selection is void?
A void (non-runner or cancelled) selection is usually treated as odds of 1.0, so the accumulator continues as if that leg were not there. Check the bookmaker’s rules for your bet.
Does the calculator include Rule 4 or bookmaker bonuses?
No. Rule 4 deductions, dead heats and bookmaker-specific bonuses (such as Lucky 15 consolation offers) vary, so the calculator shows standard returns only. Your bookmaker’s settlement is final.
How do I convert fractional odds to decimal?
Divide the first number by the second and add 1. For example, 5/2 becomes 2.5 + 1 = 3.5. Evens is 2.0.
What is a full-cover bet?
A full-cover bet combines a set number of selections into every possible double, treble and larger accumulator — and, in some versions, singles too. A Yankee covers four selections with 11 bets; a Lucky 15 adds the four singles to make 15.
